Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 4.95 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, the East pool will be renovated from January 7, 2019 - February 5, 2019. The West pool will be renovated from February 11, 2019 - March 15, 2019. There will be general noise and construction disruption, as well as odors and dust immediately surrounding the work. Some parking spaces may be blocked off for staging purposes. The construction will take place during daytime hours only.

The resort elevators will undergo a refurbishment project January 7, 2019 –February 15th 2019. The elevators will be offline for short periods of time and guests will need to use the stairs and/or call the front desk for assistance with luggage if needed. There will be noise, dust, odors and work crews on site.

Minimum check-in age is 21 years of age.
