  : Scenery was beautiful the location was perfect. The booking staff was pleasant the cleaning staff was not.
  : We have a big family with children, with that it should not be assumed that our children are not accustomed to staying at high end properties. Therefore, we felt as though we were assigned this particular accommodation with either the assumption the property would not be properly taken care of or that we just wouldn’t care. Upon our arrival there were broken cabinet doors, the warm water did not work well in the upstairs bathroom and other underwhelming amenities afford for our stay. I would suggest that considering the location of the property that owners invest more money into updating their condo and placing nicer items in it to make it more inviting and cozy. Our final complaint is that the condo was not as clean as we would expect given that we are living through a pandemic. What further disappointed our stay was that the cleaner arrived 2 hours earlier than our check out time. My husband and children were still getting ready and she insisted on entering, I refused to allow her in until there fully dressed. Even so we were unnecessarily rushed out. In addition when we were leaving she asked if we had used the linens upstairs. This is concerning given that the possibility of transmission of Covid -19 by not using proper sanitizing procedures. Such as changing and cleaning all linens including beds.

  : The location is superb. It was so nice to be somewhat away from downtown Jackson. I felt safe in today's environment of social distancing. Further, the market associated with the property is excellent. Nice and close to the Teton Pines golf course. And it's quiet! yay!
  : The property is a bit dated. The kitchen is adequate. Not enough outlets for recharging phones, computers. The shower felt a bit shakey under my feet and I was concerned about falling. ( I didn't).

  : The dining chairs we weak. Needed to be screwed tight. No light by dining room table. Fan in upstairs bathroom didnt work. Basically an unfinished remodel. Kitchen faucet was hooked up backwards.

  : The bed. It was an old ensemble with a saggy mattress, the centre support was broken. Made sleeping as a couple difficult as you rolled into the middle

  : Property was very clean and comfortable. All facilities operated properly. Nice to have washer and dryer in the bathroom.
  : Property management and booking.com did not coordinate between listing and actual address where we stayed. We arrived at key pickup after office closed and directions were poor regarding presence of hot line phone to answering service. Also, there was a $150 cleaning fee for our three night stay that was not disclosed in the nightly rate.

  : It does get hot in the afternoon over here and there is no AC. They gave us a couple of fans which helped little bit. Apart from that everything else is good.
