  : The location & price were perfect. There were no bed bugs and the front desk staff was very courteous.HOWEVER, the key card entry wasn't working well and the refrigerator/microwave weren't plugged in. I made the mistake of asking for a dropcord. The next thing I knew it took an hour to fix the door and move everything around in order to plug in the microwave and refrigerator. When the handyman left, I closed the door and got in the shower which had no light. That's when I realized just how filthy the room was. The door keypad wasn't fixed. The battery was disconnected, so it beeped like a smoke detector every 90 seconds all night with no ability to get help. Last straw, I woke up at 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom, the toilet had leaked all over the floor! This is officially the worst hotel stay I ever made the mistake of doing. Checked out and canceled reservation. The front desk lady did refund my money.
