: Very small rooms, air conditioner was super loud. The small chairs outside our room were placed nest to our room ac exhaust , which was extremely hot.

: Location was ideal and just a hop jump away from the boardwalk and beach. Shops and things are in easy walking distance. The retro sense of the hotel was still in tact including neon sign and the place was well maintained and clean! No smoking is allowed which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They even went out of their way to help us with a late check out and refunding $5 when a vending machine wasn't working outside the hotel.
: Rooms on slightly smaller side but its due to it being a retro motel so that is just how it is. Beds smaller than expected but totally fine. We slept well with the AC units on in the room which provide a nice white noise from anything happening outside. Clientele was a nice mix of older adults and families, and only on our last night did we have some chatty teenagers outside our room but after asking them to be quiet it was fine. They were watching videos on their phone on speaker(ugh- the entire generation right now to be honest), so had to make them aware of their tomfoolery.
