Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Payment at time booking is required. Climbing Bear Creekside Cabin will send a confirmation email with detailed payment information after you book and instructions to sign a rental agreement within 24-48 hours after booking.

Please note service charges and taxes are non-refundable.

After full payment is taken, the property will send guests the address and key pick-up location.

Check-in information sent 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
For arrivals less than 2 weeks away, check-in information is sent immediately after payment is received.
