  : CATFISH!!! You can tell this place has gone downhill. Overall dirty and dingy. There was 1 person working the entire hotel. Our room did not have heat, and the heating unit was opened up with loose screws on the ground. There was no lock on the connecting door, which made us feel unsafe. If this was a $30 motel it would be ok, but for the price not worth it at all.

  : Nice view, big pool, one spa (hot tub) was open, and it was quite clean. Room was remodeled. Staff was kind and polite, and communicated all the current issues with the remodeled side prior to check-in. I can’t complain, as it was a last minute decision to change hotels and the king size bed was very comfy. I would come back again.
  : They’re definitely trying to make it better. I’m not sure if we visited on the off season but the restaurant and bar inside the hotel were closed, the one side of the hotel had no TVs, no Wi-Fi, and the a/c didn’t work very well in our room. The employee that checked us in did let us know prior to check in about all of these things and did offer to switch us rooms, however, the back deck with the view was better than having a tv and Wi-Fi for my husband and I.

  : We thought the restaurant and spa were open, but they weren't. Your website should change this. Wawa is next door so thankfully we could get something to snack. A local resident using the pool (who wasnt staying at the resort, lol) also told us the resort was bankrupt? So condition of property and misc construction/paint materials in parking lot and everywhere makes sense. This place has a ton of potential and I would have loved to see this place at its peak! All this said, It's close to ski slopes so perfect if you and a group are gone all day and need a place to stay. I never felt unsafe.

  : We liked that the staff helped resolve issues. everyone seems to be working very hard through the remodel. we had a beautiful upgraded room!!! Beautiful location !! all and all it is a nice facility

Specifically asked for non smoking room In reservations comments section when booked.Pillows were gross.Bedding smelled like I was sleeping in an ashtray all night.Booked a “Deluxe”balcony room. Window/door filthy and would not open to balcony and door was not locked. Just bad track and door doesn't open.Room was full of dirt, dust and spackle materials. Floor had dirt and dry wall spackle all over.TV picture was unwatchable with static grainy picture on tv. Poor cable connectionWomen at desk was insistent that she photo copy our credit card at check in. This is unsecured and archaic. She made up some story about how she adjusts the printer so the numbers aren't readable. BSRestaurant was closed.Pool has bunch of filth and garbage in bottom of it.Couldn't watch the game or have a cocktail cause the bar was closed. Front desk woman said the guy comes in at 5:30.When we got back later In evening she was tending bar.No one staying at hotel, 4 cars tops. I know why.We could not wait to leave. We would have if we had another place to go.I wanted a refund but they refused.Said I should have told him during my stay. My point is that there is just so much wrong that it wasn’t worth talking to anyone. The only staff in hotel was the front desk person and every time we came through after check in, no one was around??? I spoke with Josh first thing Monday morning after we traveled home and he refused any portion of refund. He kept repeating himself asking for proof. I told him to go into the room and look around at all I have listed!!!! Said he would discount next stay.

  : Everything is seemingly under construction, there is a mess everywhere. The shower was cold, there were dead bugs on the floor in the room and staff was almost non-existent. It took two people 30 minutes to check us in and I couldn’t find a single person in the morning to check out.
