  : The mattress was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room was clean.
  : Very noisy and I realize the hotel did not make the noise but they could have enforced the quiet time. Instead loud pounding music filled our room until after midnight. There are 2 elevators, one was missing the 1st floor button therefore you could not use it to go to lobby, you had to use the other. I waited 10 minutes for the working one to arrive as the missing button one was stopped on my floor and wouldn't leave until it was called to a different floor.

  : book this place for 2 days and I wanted to leave the same day One thing I did not like is that there were a selected area for people who had pets the first room that I had was a horror movie it really did look like a crime scene of germs and everything on the wall the mini fridge was very smelly the bed sheets smell like if somebody urinated the walls had lots of things stuck on it my TV can only watch one channel no controller in the room I asked for another room because it was that bad and I got put into something that was just a bit better the sheets smelled in the second room I found a nail on the floor right next to the bed where my kids were sleeping we had to throw our own garbage away and put our own towels and the towel bin in the hallway in the morning I gave the nail to the lady when I checked out and it was like nothing to her save your money this place is not worth the stay and you can get really sick or even bed bugs because the sheets are not washed properly as I found hairs and other things stuck on the sheets of a room that's supposed to be clean for the next person I slept with all my clothes and my hoodie sweatshirt and I put my personal blanket on the bed that I threw away after same for my children I feel like it was a night of survival.

  : Elevator ice machine not working pool not open television in the room not working room smell bad when I make reservations said pay at property but hotel charges me before check in
