Packages sent to the property will only be accepted within 3 days prior to arrival and must be picked up upon check-in. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender.

The resort fee includes WiFi, local transfer service within 5 km of the property, access to the fitness and business centres, and refreshments daily from 14:00-18:00.

The credit card used for booking must be present at check in. The card holder must be present along with a government-issued photo ID.
