  : This property was absolutely disgusting, everything was filthy and a lot of the basic necessities were missing. Customer service was horrible, parking was horrible, neighborhood was horrible. This has been the worst place I have ever stayed in. Please do not stay here! Wish I can upload all the pics of how filthy this place was.

  : not clean. couldn’t control temperature in the showers. lights were out in the bathrooms and it was dark. door to hall bathroom didn’t close. coffee pot broken. smoke detectors were beeping and hidden in a cabinet. gas stove with no carbon monoxide detector so we had to leave a window open. only had 3 bath towels for 4 people no other towels.

  : The apartment was in good condition, plenty of space for 2 people and generally in a decent location.
  : The management. Started off bad as was told a day before my flight that the apartment was unavailable, with no explanation. They were able to rearrange a new property and were accommodating to the fact that we needed a bigger place. However having no one to deal with in person made it very difficult. We weren’t told we couldn’t use the pool without a fob, that we had to pay for a laundry card, and trying to sort payment was the biggest challenge! Personally I don’t think they should be able to advertise properties until they’re more organised.

  : Would not recommend. The location that’s listed on the booking ad is not the location of the room you’ll be getting. they send you a random address to somewhere else in LA. I didn’t get the address to where I’d be staying until the day of. Customer service was horrible. the number listed doesn’t really work and they don’t always answer. just as some of the other reviews said, i got a message saying my room wasn’t available so they upgraded me to a bigger room for the same price. Once I got to the actual location we have to wait 30 minutes for some guy to get there to give us the key and let us in. Firstly, his credit card machine did not work. I had to cashapp the money which is pretty sketchy. After that he didn’t even know what parking number was ours. We waited another 30 minutes White the guy said he’ll try to figure out where we can park. I finally called the number again and the man says “it’s either 18 or 20” he didn’t even know what number it was. Then he said “it’s most likely 20” we park at spot 20 and wake up the next morning with a warning on our car that we were in the wrong spot. We had to speak with the parking office and they told us spot 20 was for some other person. They gave us an Eastown parking pass but the next day they deactivated our key fob. We ended up paying $25 for parking for 2 nights. The parking office told us that they never heard of Los Angeles Rentals and they should not be renting out their space. Overall the stay was very sketchy, unorganized, and very expensive. Would not recommend at all.
