  : The property was in downtown so I was close to everything.
  : I didn’t like how the front desk said no smoking not allow-I’m ok with that cuz I don’t smoke- but the moment I walked in the office it stank like smoke and the room too. We found 3 roaches in the room, the morning after our stay we had bites all over our arms and legs. It was gross! The toilet bowl had pee stains and we didn’t even use it before hand. I had to get my sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down. Unnecessary cleaning was needed, not able to relax due to the dirty.

  : LocationReceptionist was kind, thorough
  : Heavy residual cigarette odor in lobby, the same room food is served in the morning. No one was seen smoking, so I could only assume that the clothing of the receptionist and going in and out of an apartment, where people are smoking cigarettes allows cigarette odor to permeate the premises.
