  : Location, amenities, comfortable bed.
  : Cleanliness was not what was expected. I don't want to go on vacation and put away a full dishwasher of other peoples dishes. Utensils in drawers were dirty. Lights in kitchen and living room kept flickering. Bathroom toilet wouldn't stop running. Back porch had a gate door missing so anyone or anything could walk in. Had a cockroach walking down the hallway. Not what we expected for the price that was paid. Bar b que would not work correctly. Does not explain how to lock front door when you leave.

  : To start with, property management comped our entire stay to address our issues, but only after we threatened a law suit. Booking.com advertised that "All guest accommodations feature a full kitchen and a spa tub. Free Wi-Fi is included."The unit we rented did not have any bathtub at all. The wifi did not work. We could connect to the wifi signal but there was no internet access. I rebooted the modem and router twice to no avail. The cell service (for Verizon) was abysmal. We had no mobile data and little voice access inside the unit. The first morning of our stay I woke up to busted irrigation pipes and water actually FLOODING our unit. We tried calling the after hours phone line for help several times but no one answered. We walked up to the on site office but no-one was there. I had to look up the city water department myself and ask them to come shut off the water. We FINALLY reached an actual person with property management just after 8AM. We had to haggle to get somewhere to store our belongings and perishable food while we went to trail run in Zion for the day. We got back and that unit was where they let us stay the next three nights. They never offered us Anything for our troubles until my wife politely asked, at which point they offered 1 comped night. That seemed fair to us at the time. Later that night, however, we realized approximately $100 worth of food had been stolen from our unit, dishes were left in the dishwasher, and laundry was left in the dryer. We called back and the management said it must have been housekeeping. We had to push for more information or restitution. Over the next three days we kept calling but never got an answer as to what happened or any offer for further compensation. The manager lied and said they were comping us first AND last night after out first issue. Our last night I threatened a lawsuit and only then did we receive a full comp for our stay.

  : Convenient location. Nice unit. Large outdoor balcony. No hassle check in
  : Unit was not cleaned under regular circumstances let alone during COVID. WIFI was not working so work that needed to be done could not. TVs not working. Someone had plugged HDMI into wrong plug. Small things but frustrating when services were needed.

  : The place was very beautiful. Loved the private patio off our unit.
  : The pool was much smaller than the photos made it appear. There was very little patio furniture by the pool that wasn't damaged. There was a stack of broken chairs and lounge chairs in the corner of the pool are that was broken. We had our family of 5 staying there and there was only 4 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 3 night stay so we had to purchase more. The master bed was not comfortable. It sunk in.
