  : Location and size of the room. We were there on a special Sparton race weekend in Vernon NJ. so I expected the cost of the room to be higher than normal. Clealiness was so-so in the room but acceptable. Lighting in the room was good with a dimmer switch. Oddly enough someone had unscrewed half of the 6 light bulbs from the socket.
  : No sizable trash cans. Only two towels for a room for 4 people. No hangers in the closet. No tissues in the room. Most of the curtains blinds were tattered. Mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned no were the bathroom floors. Very little parking. For the cost of the room these low cost items would have made a big difference in the initial impression we had of the room.

  : Bed was supposed to be a King and it was not even a Queen, the towels were all with yellow stains, the microwave rotating plate was really dirty, there was not even a quilt on the bed, there was only one chair and NO drawer to put our clothes, the tv was not working

  : Floors felt dirty No cups or glasses or bottled water. Air conditioner splat grey fluff all over one bed. Vanity leaking. Falling apart. Felt dirty

  : There was a distinct moldy/wet smell in the room as soon as the door was opened and some mold was found growing in the corner of the closet.

  : The room needs a chair, an end table and a curtain on the bathroom window that opens right to the street Then the window can stay open Couldnt operate the tv

  : My room was in poor condition, couldn't sleep because you can hear the footsteps of the people in the room above all night. There's no phone in the room to contact the front desk.

  : It was clean.
  : Very bare bones. Although the room had a small fridge and tiny microwave and a TV that did not work, there were no other features - no coffee pot with powdered coffee, not even a water glass. The beds each had sheets and one very thin blanket, which was useless because the wall heater did not work. When I got back late after the first night there, I found there had been no room service. When I complained, they told me that I had to give them permission to enter the room and had to specially ask for room service (that is a new one!) I also complained about the blanket and they brought me another one, equally thin.
