: Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Mattress pads were not clean. Bathroom hot water faucet broken. There was a rat in the garage so I couldn't use the laundry. But it was so cute! Would definitely stay again if these things would be fixed.

: not much we didn't get any sleep as the beds were so old. After leaving I saw in the reviews that this has been an ongoing issue and obviously the owner just doesn't care to fix much at all.
: the list is so long it's ridiculous I sent an email and it went unanswered the time we were there and since leaving. it's super obvious the property owners just don't care about repeat business.I came down here on business and expected a LOT more in a rental ! I own my own insurance agency and this isn't my first rodeo .... this place needs TLC and someone needs to quit being so cheap and invest in their own rental to make it a nicer place to stay so renters can be comfortable. I have no clue how your property owners have the reviews they do unless they had actual "friends" make reviews for them ....?I line itemed what needs to be addressed.1. Garbage Disposal isn't working at all we tried even resetting it on the bottom of the disposal with the reset button - it came on but within 10 seconds trips back off again - so it doesn't work at all and didn't the entire time we were here. For this reason anything put down the drain stinks over time.2. Kitchen items were put away dirty we had to wash a cutting board and a few kitchen items to use them. I paid a cleaning fee to have a CLEAN place to stay. This was NOT OK.3. Kitchen Pans are all old and mismatched - they look like they were bought used even the small Tephlom fry pan for is used to the point it needs to be tossed and replaced. It's not safe to cook with tephlon that's old and coming loose and flaking off. That's an actual health hazard.4. One of the 2 Queen beds in the corner room we used has an extremely old and just horribly bad mattress and literally put out 2 guests back - it sags CONSIDERABLY in the middle - it looks like a 300 lb person slept in the middle of it for an extended period of time. We had to try to find other beds to use and those are unfit to be slept on too! We had 4 adults who had a very hard time getting any sleep and getting comfortable.5.
