: NOTHING
: We showed up and there was construction going on due to an accident. They were confused as to how to handle it and the customers as they arrived. The check in system was down and no way to check in and make a key. They offered to let us in using their master key which would have confined us to our room and it was only 4:pm. The manager was not available to talk to us, but the front desk employee did say he talked to the manager and they would make sure our reservation was cancelled if we would prefer to go someplace else.We took this offer and went to another facility.

: Proximity to our family event. Nothing else.
: Lobby was under messy construction. Room was dirty, dead bugs smushed on the wall behind the lamp, live ants in the bathroom, strange stains on the bedding of one bed, trash in the corner. NO ROOM KEYS?! Claimed not functional so we had to find a staff member to open our 2nd floor door anytime we needed to get in.

: The staff was friendly, good location
: Currently doing remodeling, elevators were down, couldn't get keys for room because they was swapping out locks so everytime you needed into room you had to find staff. Just seems like you should wait until you get new system in place before discontinuing the current.

: I didn’t like the mold on the walls and ceiling. The beds and towels were stained and it smelled musty the elevator and the key to get into the room didn’t work. Had to have an employee let us in the room every time we got back

: We booked two nights and because the elevator was out and the keys to the room weren’t working so every time we came back to the room, they had to come with us to unlock the door. We paid for a queen bed and got a full bed. We only stayed one night and because the elevator was out. My wife couldn’t climb the stairs because of bad knees. They still charged us for two nights anyway. We want a refund for the night we didn’t stay. Also this hotel is hiring Indian people that can’t speak good English so it was hard to communicate with them.
