  : The location and closeness to downtown was the best thing about the house.
  : Very odd layout. Strange toilet and sink in what appears was supposed to be an extra bedroom. Rickety stairs to get to the attic bedroom. Very poor lighting with missing bulbs throughout the house. Ants in the kitchen. Not well stocked for supplies; only 2 wine glasses for a house in the middle of wine country was not enough for me and my 3 friends - also, we ran out of toilet paper the day before departing.

  : 1. The tech help with using the remotes was excellent.2. It was nice to have a recliner in the living room.3. We enjoyed the faux fireplace. 4. The Pioneer Park location is excellent. 5. The bed linens and pillows were comfortable.
  : We moved from another state. The moving company schedule change forced us to move our reservation out two days and we were charged an ADDITIONAL $350. The reason? I was told that different days have different charges. That is OUT-RAGEOUS. Our stay ended up costing $200/night. OUT-RAGEOUS. 1. The house had a general smell like mildew.2. The house had poor lighting except for in the main bathroom. It wasn't bright enough to read. There was no light above the kitchen sink and therefore impossible to see if the dishes were clean.3. There was no garbage disposal or dishwasher making clean-up difficult.4. There was almost no prep space. I would recommend moving the microwave to the table in front of the window.5. The front porch needs a railing. It's unsafe the way it is.6. The bed in the front room is on rollers and any movement makes a horrendous noise and it moves when you sit on it. 7. The shade on the front door will not roll up; it needs to be replaced.8. The blinds on the front window are bent and are unable to be closed all the way.9. There were occasional ants in the main bathroom and bedroom next to it. 10.The refrigerator handle is loose.11. The TV remotes were a mystery. Directions would have been helpful.12. The kitchen knives are dull. 13. The home looked clean but didn't feel clean.14. The washer is very old and disgusting. I wouldn't use it.

  : Great location by two parks, it didn't appear that someone was frequently checking on the yard, sprinklers were over watering. Just needed some general sprucing up. The inside was cozy, beds comfortable. Just needed a little attention with cleaning, you could tell no one had lived there for a long time.
  : Some cobwebs and wasps nests outside. A bit of a ant problem. Just needed a real good cleaning. Games didn't have all the pieces so you couldn't play them.
