: the beach was close and easy to see.. feel.. get to. The red leather couch was a treat. The ease to get to Yachats was great and the beach itself was divine. Nate was wonderful. He helped us trouble shoot ahead of time, and came over at least twice to help us with a couple of things. He was very responsive. Nate was our man ! r
: The construction next door was a real downer. The road noise as well. It was quiet from the bigger bedroom but not from the small one. There was little privacy because of the construction. The florescent lights all over the cabin were awful. There were no extra towels, except 2 dog towels. We had a good time anyway. btw... would not recommend ......I really dislike the three layers of bureaucracy that has developed for AirB&B. The fees continue to go up and the service does NOT get better.

: The location, on the beach, was very good. Enough room for 4 people. Easy access.
: Facility is a bit dated. Lacked enough proper cooking utensils. Upstairs toilet was substandard. Needs some renos. I found the bed uncomfortable.
