  : The location was wonderful, right on the bay with a view of the bridge. The staff was helpful and friendly.
  : The facility was huge, and 9/10 empty. Mold in the bathroom, cobwebs in the ceiling, stains on the bedding, tears in the towels. There was a gap all the way around our door, letting in light & who knows what else. The restaurant was closed, the pool and hot Rob were not clean or working. This facility has great potential - 3/4 needs to be closed down while the other 1/4 is renovated. Needs a total remodel. The grounds need cleaning up - lounge chairs, benches & picnic tables would afford guests the use of the great outdoor space. Our room had a spongy spot in one corner, under the worn-out carpet, it had 2 queen beds crammed in an area that would fit one comfortably, no where to relax comfortably. Had a patio door to the outside, but no chairs to sit on. No air conditioner & the room smelled funky - old, stale & smoked in. The refrigerator had one temperature - freeze. The microwave was dirty. Even though the facility was empty, we had to ask for a room with a view. When using the bathroom sink, the water drained all over the floor for some reason. I do have to say the staff was helpful, and moved us to a downstairs room. Unless there was a serious renovation, I would rather stay home than stay here. But again, this facility has great potential if the owners were willing to go to the plate and invest some time and money into it.

  : Everything. They messed up on our rooms and put us into a different room. Then they messed up and didn't realize that they put us in the other room and had the worker walk into our room while we were in there. Also there was no swimming pool or hot tub access. Poor service all the way around. Never going here again

  : Restaurant was closed; they can't find workers. Property lacks outside maintenance. Shower lacked water pressure, rinsing was a challenge.

  : Nice location along the Alsi River with the ocean beaches nearby and the beautiful US101:Waldport bridge to see from the hotel resort. Nice for watching wildlife in nature.
  : Some things in the room needed fixing.

  : The one person who was working at this resort was pleasant.
  : The advertised restaurant was permanently closed. The advertised pool was not heating up for some reason. The desk clerk told us the room we had booked was not made up so he did whatever on the computer and assigned us a different room. We paid $172.50 plus tax, so $192.34 to Booking.com, and later that evening I looked up the cost on the hotel website. It listed the room, by type and location on the property we had at $125 plus taxes. The windows and window frames, on the INSIDE of the room literally had dirt sitting on them. Windows had not been washed any time recently. The sheets were clean, but the towels were thin, linty and dingy. I suspect they wash far too many in the same load. The lobby hours were quite limited.

  : The property itself was OK
  : The fact that it had tiny television sets and no television service we had to use our own home streaming logins to watch television. The restaurant and lounge that are on site was closed. Our patio door latch was broken and they had placed a long piece of PVC pipe in the door to keep it from opening all the way, but it still opened about 8 inches because of the broken latch.
