  : Very basic. Not much to pick from.
  : The A/C did not work! The bed wasn't very comfortable. The water faucets were backwards. A quick 5 minutes to go under the sink and switch them.

  : Supposed to have rooms - there was only one and punch hole in bathroom door -tub was dirty, missing tile , drape was hanging down and created privacy concern electric plugs were so worn charges for phones and computers and CPAP fell out of socket. Carpets were old and dirty. Only stayed first night of booking canceled the remaining 3 nights had to travel 12 miles from our intended family gathering horrible experience.

  : All public and private spaces, from what could be seen, are kept very clean and tidy. The room given was on the ground floor, as requested due to the medical reasons-- very grateful for that. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : The accommodations for persons with mobility issues is a bit lacking-- there is enough room for a wheelchair, but there are no handle bars around the tubs or toilet, and without the lamp cord being secured to the wall it is a trip hazard for small children and the visually impaired. Additionally, despite the cleanliness, there is a very robust scent of something that isn't cleaner, like someone is constantly smoking indoors. Second-hand smoke makes a lot of people sick. Either get one of those filter fans (probably several!) or smoke outside, please!

  : Air con noisy dirty and in need of repair. Place just looked old and uncared for. Bath and bed were clean but toilet blocked first time used and no staff available until next morning
