A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Any damages to the home or charges for a late check out will be notified to guests by email and will be charged to the credit card on file.

When making a payment, please provide the property with your CVV code from your credit card and your postal code so the property can charge your card and secure your reservation.

A confirmation with directions and the lock box code for the key to the accommodation will be emailed to guests with arrival instructions.
