  : location was 2 blocks from the beach.
  : the toilet was clogged up, the sewer backed up in the common outdoor area out front, the parking lot too small with too many cars so hard to pull out and move car around. We were told that there was a problem with the entire building/street and not to use any water for toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The staff was originally responsive as we were one of the first to report the problem but there was no follow up for 12 hours with a text to state that we were advised not to use any facilities requiring water. The voice mail box was full and no one would pick up the phone at the two customer service numbers. There was no one on site.

  : The location of the property was great and the staff was quick and responsive to the sewage backup. Had it not been for the staff and it's short walk from the beach, unfortunately I would have asked for a refund and chose another property.
  : The matress covers and pillows were DISGUSTING! They were so filthy we went and purchased new pillows and linens to avoid breathing in what germs/pathogens may have been on them. Also, there was a SEWAGE BACKUP that spilled out onto property and the furniture; walls; and appliances were damaged but this was not mentioned nor accurately represented in description. There were no numbers identifying what room was ours at the plaza so when other guests came to check in they would try and use their code to open our door. There were also dead pests (roaches) found in several rooms. Overall, the property and its staff is decent, but there were some serious concerns about the bedding and conditon of the unit that were not disclosed. If the issues within the unit are not corrected, unfortunately I would not recommend this property.
