  : This was the most horrible disgusting hotel unsafe and smelled like weed and cigarettes. Was so bad that I couldn’t walk in the room so we had to leave the property.

  : Before we even took the room the front desk clerk asked if we wanted to see the room which has never been asked of me at any other motel/hotel ive stayed at. She handed me a key and said go check it out, should have been my 1st tip off. Right when i walked in there was a giant black widow right on the desk in a web so obviously been there a minute....who knows if or when this room was cleaned last cause it looked rough. i took 2 pics if the spider and walked right back to the front desk showed her the photos of the red abdomen incase they denied it was a black widow and told her absolutely not my son is terrifed of spiders and what the hell tbh. She said they had issues with black widows before and she said could pick a different room. I asked her if other rooms had spiders and she said theyre being fumigated again soon so she cant promise they dont but it was unlikely. Also the beds only had 2 pillows on each bed and when I asked if we move rooms can we get more pillows, she told me theyre completely out. The whole hotel looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It was very run down, dirty and not somewhere that looked very safe to be honest. I already paid fully since it was a last minute booking after driving 8hrs. So I was not going to let my family stay there and risk getting bit. It was late like 11pm and everyone was so tired from traveling all day. I had to find another room at a different hotel on the fly so we could sleep and shower. They also werent very apologetic about it, like never eveb said sorry our place is a dump and we trick people om booking sites. ALSO they have been giving me alot of run around about returning the money I paid for their venomus spider infested property that I didnt even stay at.
