  : Horrible and unprofessional front desk lady. Very rude and scary. Never even saw the room because of how disgusting the place was and how awful her attitude was. Would never go back or recommend. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to stay open. Huge health code violations

  : The staff is rude. Charge you if you accidentally lock yourself out and don’t understand hospitality or how disabled people can be affected by their rude actions. Check out is stated at 1100 but a rude lady came and knocked on my door like she was the police with a real loud heavy pounding at 1030 and was trying to rush me out when I still had time left. Because of her actions she caused me to have a panic attack and I was thrown into a trauma response to which I couldn’t process or stop myself from shaking. They then refused to acknowledge my distress or disability and kept being rude towards me. The lady took my key from me and didn’t bring me the $20 I had to pay for deposit so I almost forgot to collect it. But when I did the lady at the front desk got uppity with me because I couldn’t get my property out of the room by 1100 and was trying to tax me for their abuse. If I could get a refund for the two nights that I spent I would because the room was nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes and the bed was the worst. Then I awoke to find roaches all over and I didn’t even have any food or anything else out that would attract them. Overall the place is a trash establishment ran by trash people.
