: `The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Shannon who went out of her way to try and help.
: It's incomprehensible that you charge $200 A DAY, and force your guests to procure their own basic supplies !! 1) NON-EXISTENT or sporadic WI-FI connectivity for most of our three day stay. THIS IS MY MAIN COMPLAINT. WI-FI HAS BECOME A BASIC NECESSITY. I had to leave the room and go down to the first or second floor to maintain connectivity. Shannon went out of her way to help but the fault was in YOUR SYSTEM. 2) We stayed 3 days. We had to stop at the desk and request coffee packets for every day but the first. We understand and didn't have a problem with no daily house keeping but that was ridiculous. 3) Bathroom counter had ONE SMALL bar of soap and that was the only toiletry. There were two 3/4 used rolls of toilet paper on the holders when we checked in.4) I am disabled. We had a "mobility" room on the TOP floor. The bathtub was sufficiently furnished with bars, seat, etc but the toilet was small, low and had a bar on ONE SIDE and inappropriately placed. Just short of worthless for my use.5) The only chair in the room had a broken right arm (which I reported to staff)200 DOLLARS A DAY !!!!!

: What breakfast” the place doesn’t have a kitchen or a breakfast room.
: Check in accommodation very poor.A reservation was made for a disabled room 2 beds and a walking shower which I did not get, also the check in clerk said she couldn’t answer any questions cause the hotel was booked threw a third party and they were paid that’s it!
