  : The room was not very clean and the towels and bedding were stained and had a foul smell. When the shower water spilled to the floor we called to have them clean it and a gentleman showed up and didn’t understand what we were asking then when he finally understood he proceeded to clean the water with a swifter and dirty rag.

  : Nothing!The room with filled with black ants in the bathroom and closet. I was there for a total of 7 days; I complained on day one. Day 7 when we were leaving, they sent someone to clean the ants by spraying kitchen cleaner and wiping the area. The first morning the carbon monoxide alarm was going off at 9am, went to the front desk they said someone would be right there, at 11am we left the room because it was too loud to bear anymore. We came back at 10pm it was fixed, so who knows what time they fixed it. Day 2 we needed clean towels of course, never got towels they said we get towels every 2 days because they are low on supplies, they give us 2 dirty face towels, that I took back to the front desk because they were dirty, we never got towels. We went and bought some. They told us they could only give us 3 towels but there was 4 of us, we were told limited supplies, no house keeper spoke English, the lady just keep saying "No 3, 3 , 3". After that we stayed away and just went at night to sleep. I will never ever stay there again. They need to change the name so that people don't think they are still Eastland Suites. I've stayed at eastland suites for over 15 years, we have all our business events there spend thousands of dollars there. I’m glad this happen because my business and my family have cancelled all upcoming events at this nasty place. They have no care for people, just money. I have pictures of the dirty towels and videos of the ants that I have shown everyone, so they knew to cancel, everyone thought this was still eastland suites, not Eastlake, this is very misleading. People need to know the truth, the name change doesn’t show, when you put in the search engine, I'm going to let people know and post this so people don't get tricked like I did, thank God I went there not for business. I save my family and company lots of money.

  : Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was acceptable.
  : Bed was uncomfortable. Apparent migrant busses parked on property. Empty liquor bottles outside of building entrance and outside door propped open when we arrived.

  : The room is spacious and clean.
  : The quality of the breakfast has declined substantially in the past couple years. The pool deck was quite dirty and messy. There were no clean towels by the pool, and we were not given enough towels for the 4 of us in our room. We had to wait over 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to get a clean towel. No one at the front desk seemed to care that the pool was such a wreck.
