  : Very easy to get in with code to door. Spacious dining areas and 3 bedrooms. Beach was walkable (half mile away) and also near gelato shop. Toilets worked and shower pressure and temps good. Kitchen was good. It was clean, as beach cabins go (not too many bugs, and it was clean where it matters). There was a hose to clean our feet after the beach. The TV room in the back was comfortable and there were Netflix and Amazon apps. The AC units worked. Good parking. Slept well. Fairly new dishes and placemats.
  : The house is in the midst of construction so it was not as "charming" as I had hoped- I booked this with no reviews, so I knew it could have issues - I hope it improves. It has rotten parts and the new siding is being put up. Many padlocked doors inside. The deck on the listing photo with red carpet has been replaced and is roped off. The floor was recently replaced so likely better than the carpet pictured but uneven. There is paint splattered in the shower stall where the bathroom was recently painted sloppily. Several doors are new but they didn't all close, including that of one of the full bathrooms, which had the toilet right in front of the door (shared this with owners). The side (aka main) door chimed every single time we opened it and I didn't know how to turn that off. The internet was spotty-- lots of trouble connecting and poor WPA security. Laundry room was rough, lacking drywall and such. My MIL ran a load of wash and had to bail water out of the sink with a pot before it overflowed due to a clog, in order to keep the floor from getting wet. We ended up doing a load of laundry the next day at their cute cottage next door because it was being cleaned by the manager. I was afraid to use the washer and didn't attempt although they responded quickly and said the plumber fixed it. There is a dishwasher but they discourage its use, suggesting we hand wash in the info sheet. We just used it once to clean the drying rack and then washed all items by hand. There was supposedly a Cherry Beach pass in a drawer but we never found it. They brought us a vacuum because there was not even a broom in the house. I would recommend a broom, a toaster, and paying for recycling service-- we don't enjoy added guilt during our vacation. If they're going to be remodeling, I'd suggest a covered porch like many neighbors have.
