  : At check in the Customer Service Attendee was friendly and extreamly willing and even upgraded our room.
  : I was charged a $500 fee once if returned home and had been reviewing my Bank statements..I called to see if they'd accidentally charged for the upgrade and they looked into it and said no I was charged for something combustible in my room that set of a secret security alarm. I was told that either a Nicotine Vapor, a cigarette or maraguna must of set it off ⁸and then light up a light on there switch board. I was on Bluetooth and my 10 year old daughter was listening to what they were accusing us of. I am mortified! We are a family of two because we lost her Dad two years ago in a tragic car accident. This was actually the reason for taking her there. It was the Anniversary of the day he passed and I wanted to do something special for her and to help keep her mind off the sad day. Long story short, they refused to remove there astronomical outlandish fee. I asked to be called back by a Supervisor. I waited several days without a call back and tried again. I didn't get anywhere and I asked to be contacted by the highest Level of Management to discuss this issue in more detail. I did receive a call after several more days passed and my bank account was bouncing my rent and other charges. The Supervisor was absolutely no help and will not remove the false allegations, nevermind apologize for the humiliation that was caused for me in front of my daughter. I'm never returning to this Hotel and have filed a claim with my Bank Credit card. I appreciate the booking.com fee of $280, but $800 for a short last minute night at the casino with my 10 year old is absolutely awful and unfair.
