  : Location was right on the beach. Loved it!

  : The location was everything!!!! Literally seconds from the beach. Waking up in Master bedroom and looking out at the ocean. The balcony off of the living area was nice (lounge chairs would be awesome). Parking was good.
  : Cons: Steep narrow steps going up to room. The main bathroom seriously needs updated.

  : We loved the amount of space. And it truly is located as close to the beach as you can get. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
  : The kitchen and upstairs bathroom are beyond outdated. They are however functional and fulfill their purpose. The dryer stopped working and we ended up with a wet load of laundry. The cleaning staff did drop off some extra towels, but we had to dry our clothes on the balcony. The next day, I texted the rental agency around 9:00 am about the dryer and was told they would check with maintenance and get back to me. I never heard a thing. But at some point while we were all at the beach, maintenance must have came by and fixed it because the laundry was in the dryer and it was working. The lack of response by the rental agency, and maintenance being there without our knowledge is frustrating and disappointing.
