  : Great location across the Tybee Island's pier.
  : We had unfortunately stayed during the time where the elevator broke down for the whole duration of our stay, and we stayed on the top floor to avoid noise issue.

  : I have stayed here every year that I go to Tybee. I have never had any issues with this hotel at all. Until this stay. I love the location.
  : It took an hour and a half to check in to my room. I got there early because I left from Savannah. I knew that my room wouldn’t be ready yet but I wanted to go ahead and get a parking pass so that we could enjoy the beach. My girls had to sit in the car while I was trying to get checked in. I had originally booked two rooms through Booking.com in which one room I cancelled but so kept the other and it was already paid for upon arrival. The front desk told me that my room was canceled and because it was booked through a third party that I had to call them to fix the situation. It took me a long time to find a number to call for booking.com and once I did, there was a 20 mins wait. I ended up having to call them three times (each of them a 20min wait) because I kept getting hung up on. I was getting mad so before I made the last call, I went back into the lobby and told them that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and I asked them to look at my confirmation email from booking to see that I paid. The lady kept telling me that I should be getting a refund because the room was not booked any longer. She offered me an available room but I refused because mine was already paid for. So I went back outside to call them again. After a few minutes more of being on hold, I went back in and asked them to tell me what the confirmation number was of the canceled room. She told me and it WAS the correct number for the one that was cancelled. I told her that the booked room was a different number and asked her again to look it up. She did and she found it. She apologized to me but she blamed me for not telling her that I had a different confirmation number. I told her that I had asked her twice to look at my email and she refused. Common sense says, when you have two rooms booked separately, you have two different confirmation numbers. I am a very nice person but after that, I was rude.
