: Travelled for Bonnaroo festival so the location was an easy 20 minute drive to the festival.
: The room itself was disappointing for what we paid. The air conditioner was VERY dated and extremely loud and woke both of us up throughout the entire night. At one point it stopped working and we were unable to get in contact with the staff for assistance. Finicky light switches and odd quirks that made things harder to use that should be basic. No housekeeping that provided fresh sheets, basic trash swap or new towels. The staff called each morning very early to ask if we needed anything, but most hotels just have a set routine ready. We’re pretty sure there were pubic hairs on one of the “clean” towels that were initially provided. Holes in the bedding which was also very dated and in poor condition. Same with carpet. Beds were not full sized, I believe a twin sized. The listing claims free internet, but that was not found. No password within the room or information provided on how to access. The fridge was frozen inside and the ice took up half of the fridge. Overall, clean enough to sleep for the night but very old and dingy. For what we paid, my expectation would be higher. In need of a total update, a thorough cleaning and fresh restart. If you can, I would go elsewhere but it is fine as an absolute last resort.
