  : Beds were super comfy, pool was nice and big, and the breakfast variety was great!
  : There a previous guests’ underwear on a lamp in our room and during the night we found a cockroach climbing up the curtain.

  : Overall the accommodations were nice
  : The pool was cold. Plus I fell in the lobby next to the TV because there is a foot tall wood divider next to each column in the middle of the dinning area, hard to see when you are trying to find the tv volume control, if the person is wearing reading glasses it is hard to detect those two obstacles. Should have 2 large plants or tall tables at each side of the TV to prevent people crossing over at each side of the 80" TV set.

  : This was probably the worst hotel experience in our 3 week trip to the USA. So there is not much good to report. The room itself was OK. They had lemon water for free, thats about it.
  : First of all the female receptionist was not welcoming at all, she seemed bothered by our mere presence. We friendly asked for a room in one of the upper stories and not on the ground floor. She told us this is not possible as we are checking in earlier than we should (to clarify: we where there around 15 to 20 min before check in time started). We told her we can gladly wait until check in time if we can have a room that is not located on ground floor. This also did not seem to please her, I assume she just did not want the extra work of changing the room, because when we said we can wait for check in time suddenly it was possible to directly change the room away from the ground floor.The night was very loud as we wanted to open the window because we are not the biggest AC fans - it is directly located at the highway. In the middle of the night the TV suddenly went on (we definitely did not press any buttons) - that was strange.In general we did feel unsafe in the surrounding area. But the worst was the breakfast. I have never seen such disgusting meat products. Calling it sausages was a disgrace. The breakfast options where also labeled wrong.
