  : Cute little motel, that appears to be revamped for the hip crowd. I thought the location was good and perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It was clean enough.
  : It is a little tight, but we are a family of 4, with littles. There were a lot of people coming and going all night, partying. There were also people hanging out in front of the room at 6am when we left which was weird

  : We had a couple of problems with our stay. Our first room was filled with flies, we killed maybe 15 of them before asking to switch to a new room. Staff was accommodating in switching. New room had a couple of flies but nothing serious. We understand it's the desert and this may be an issue in the area but there was an unusual amount of flies in the first room.The more irritating problem was that we were charged for a drink at the bar, which we had never visited. Someone used our room number while at the bar and we were charged for it. We would not have even noticed if we didn't ask for a receipt. If anyone can claim any room number while buying at the bar this seems like a system susceptible to fraud. We disputed the charge with the hotel and after some back and forth they removed the charge from our hotel bill but then added a separate charge on our credit card for a drink bill at the bar. We called 2 times to the hotel to have them remove it and they said each time they removed it but it was never reversed on our account. We now have to dispute with our credit card and they said the credit card was inserted with the chip to make the transaction. The only time we inserted our card was when we checked in, so perhaps the front desk clerk used that time to add a drink to our account for themselves? I hate to make a big deal out of an $8 drink charge and perhaps this was a genuine system mistake but it also seems borderline fraudulent activity going on. Just be sure to double-check your room bill if you stay here. We never leave reviews anywhere we stay but this irritating problem and the hotel never following up with removing the charge compelled us to leave a review.
