  : I booked this room to do work. The wifi was not working (off and on) and was not fixed until my last night stay. When I checked in at 4pm I found the entire facility was under construction except for 3 rooms. There was jack hammering and power drilling every day 8-5 above and beside my room. I could not use the parking space as construction debris was constantly falling on my car. There was NO maid service - I had to empty my own trash, NO bedding was changed during my entire stay, I got one set of clean bath towels upon request. The toilet kept clogging up. The flooring was filthy (unfinished cement floors), the TV screen kept freezing up. The staff was verbally abusive to me upon each request to address my issues. When I asked to cancel my booking I was refused. This facility should not be renting rooms until construction is completed. I will be contacting requesting a refund from Booking.com and writing a review of your services.

  : I booked this hotel was charged for this hotel when I arrived it had a fence all the way around the property and was undergoing construction why were we allowed to book a hotel in that condition

  : The hotel doesn't exist anymore. The location is abandoned. We found out the day we wanted to check in. I told booking.com, I told OYO, to NOT CHARGE me anything because it's not my fault when a hotel is no longer there, right? I sent them evidence pictures of the abandoned location. And guess what... they answered me, I(!!!) was a no show and they charged me. In fact the "no show" is that OYO hotel and not us. We were there. They were not. I will not book through booking.com ever again since I am very disappointed about their unprofessional handling of this matter. Nor will I ever book any OYO location because, well, you never know. But certainly will I continue to tell people about this unprofessional handling of my booking as long as I don't get my full refund.
