  : The only thing good about the property was the staff. The front desk and manager were super nice.
  : The rooms had a smell like someone had smoked in there and they tried to hide the smell with cleaner. We booked a handicap room because my mother is disabled and in a wheel chair well the furniture was so big she couldnt even make it into the bathroom. We showed the manager what we were talking about that way they can fix it for someone else that tried to stay there. Needless to say we didnt stay there and got a refund.

  : Location in Thomaston is good. One - two part time staff members were helpful and kind.
  : Although part time staff were helpful, management is unfriendly. I had no major issue, nor dispute with this hotel! their ownership and staff were Simply Unhelpful and Unfriendly. They provided the LOWEST & LEAST possible (acceptable) level of service.

  : They advertise free breakfast but at 8:3am there was nothing. The staff say oh sorry we thought everyone left. When checking out we spoke with the manager and he said they only have bananas and coffee but in 2 weeks they cereal I was appalled!!

Coffee only made in half pots and ran out each time we went to get a cup in the morning. Coffee maker in room looked like it had never been thoroughly cleaned since 1972. Reserved non-smoking accessible was given smoking accessible, no other accessible rooms availableRooms are straightened but not thoroughly cleanedAll towels are majorly stained and should be replaced. Requested extra towels in reservation and on check in, had to physically go to office to get them both days.Mold, mildew and corrosion in bath/showerSmell of cigarettes and marijuana in roomsBlankets and spreads of both beds stained and not frequently laundered.Had requested last check out for 1PM in reservation and brought up to employee who checked us in, Manager calls me at 11:45 demanding we leave by 12 or be charged extra. According to staff it was recently sealed and new lines painted but no marked handicapped parking spaces in whole lot. This property is a dirty shamble of a place that subsists on people booking a place to party or illicit hookups and desperate travelers.
