  : Jeremy at boat rentals he was extremely nice. He made it fun for the kids to just play on the shoreline. What an outstanding young man!!
  : The property is nothing like the website, the game room was taken out for a massage table to be put in there for whatever reason, I have no clue because that makes zero sense. The playground is extremely run down and nothing of interest on there. My smaller children played on it for less than 5 minutes. The miniature golf is extremely run down and very small. Took the kids less than 15 minutes to go through the course. Want to talk about the restaurants? I don't think you want me to. The hours of the restaurant is absurd. You're in the middle of nowhere and there are days that you have no option for food. The day I was there the only option we had was the bar that pretty much was out of everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shortly after arriving I went to the front desk and voiced my concerns about the rundown place, The fact that there is no game room and I don't know what I'm going to do with these kids. I was told I could not get a refund. So I had to make a decision pay for a room that we're not going to stay in or just get some sleep. But the beds were so uncomfortable really didn't get any sleep not only that other guest set out on the picnic table which was outside of my room and partied until 4:00 a.m. I feel as if I was deceived. The pictures on your website must be ancient or photoshopped. I paid for two rooms and asked for them to be adjacent rooms but they were down the hall from each other. It was a complete waste of money!!

  : liked having a porch for every room+ beautiful mountains and scenery
  : Our room smelled stale - like 1970s and a mixture of smoke, too much carpet powder, and sweaty feet. Had to buy air freshener so that we could sleep in there but then it was ok. Also, the website said that the pool was open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. We travelled all day to attend a wedding, telling our daughter if she was well behaved that she would get to swim afterwards. We arrived at the pool at 9:30pm and were told the pool would be closing at 10:00pm!! I showed the desk what it said on the website and they said 'well it's not updated for our fall hours.' There's no reason they had to kick us out at 10pm except making things difficult for already exhausted parents. We hurried and swam in a half hour to keep our promise. It was frustrating as the pool + long pool hours were essentially the ONLY reason we selected this hotel.
