  : The cleanliness of the property was disappointing and questionable. The quality of the property maintenance has been neglected over a long period of time and it shows (drywall patches/spackle, windows difficult to open, window blinds unusable, light fixture hanging from ceiling in shower, outdoor kitchen/BBQ grill broken/unusable, rock wall unusable). Numerous amenities were not usable and in a state of disrepair. Toiletries were sparse and not enough for our 14 adult guests. The property is difficult to access via rideshares as many Ubers/Lyfts refuse to accept rides to this location. Overall the quality of the home does not meet expectations as depicted in the photos. The property manager/homeowner, Steve, was dismissive of our concerns and does not receive criticism well. Booking's reviews system limits the length of our review.
