  : Breakfast was really good--we ordered omelets. Unfortunately, we were only given one set of Silverware. It was, virtually impossible to find anybody to help and we had to wash the plastic fork in the bathroom sink so we could both eat.
  : It was really a lousy trip. We waited over an hour to check in, we didn't get silverware with our omelets (technically, we got one set for two omelets), and when we cancelled the second night of our stay, we were charged for it (no mention of this when we cancelled--which was one of two times the entire stay that we saw somebody who worked there). Since I wasn't given (or e-mailed) a receipt, I didn't realize we were charged for both nights. I called to request a refund and was told that since I didn't cancel a week in advance, it was non-refundable. I cancelled because the town was shut down, the service at the property sucked, and Taos was a sheet of ice on concrete--those would be good reasons to refund the second night...
