  : We didn't hav any breakfast, so I don't know what you are talking sbout there.
  : The check in procedure was confusing based on the multiple emails I recieved, after I preregistered another email came through saying if I hadn't filled out paperwiork I would be charged $15 upon entering to register, I wasn't sure this was the same paperwork. We had no instruction on the heat controls had to call about that and the gas fire place could not be lit because the pilot was not lit. I called the host number and they said they would send someone out on Saturday but never did. I also had to call the booking number after checking in because the pin number I had on the confirmation papers was not the correct pin for the keypad entry. Lastly we had 3 cars, 2 with 4 wheel drive and one regular sedan which we opted to leave in over-flow lot so it would not get stuck in snow higher up in the resort. The roads in the resort were plowed in the evening, but when it came time to check out, the over-flow lot was not plowed. My Son and Grandson had to dig my car out. After doing this then loading up our vehicles, we were departing and notice that now the lot was plowed an hour after scheduled departure time.
