When hotel is over 80% capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations. If payment sources need to be changed at time of check-in, refunds can be processed to appropriate cards after payment for stay has been processed in full.

PET POLICY: All well-groomed, well behaved dogs and cats under 35 pounds (lbs.) are welcomed for $45 USD cleaning fee per Stay and $150 USD refundable security deposit. Only one pet per room is allowed. Pet must be leashed or carried and cannot be left alone in room unless in a carrier.
All guests are entitled to one PARKING spot per room. Any additional spaces are subject to a $5 USD additional fee and is purely subject to availability. No vehicles permitted longer than 20 ft.
CHECK-IN: Begin at 3:00 PM. Based on the availability, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional $35 USD fee.
CHECK-OUT: Concludes at 11:00 AM. Based on the expected capacity, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out for an additional $35 USD fee. Guests needing to stay past 3pm are subject to an additional night’s charge.
