  : The staff was nice and friendly during check in. Same lady was there when I checked out. She was very polite
  : Once I checked in, I had to walk to an outside elevator to go up to the third floor where my room was. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. There were puddles of water on the staircases. People were sitting in the hallways smoking weed. It looked like people were living there. The door to my room was so dirty; I didn't want to touch the door. The room was not horrible. But it could be cleaner. The bathroom was very small. The water pressure was very weak. At 2 am, I got woken up by a loud noise. The fire alarm went off in the room over the headboard where my head was. People were hanging next to my room at all hours during the night. Every time I would fall asleep, I was either woken up by loud cars, trucks, or a siren. I couldn't wait for morning to get out of there

  : Room door was very old and difficult to open. Not much natural light as the window was to the outdoor hallway.

  : Just the fact it was close to my mother that I went to take care of
  : The room was nasty, I had to clean it. Asked housekeeping to give me what I needed and she gave me a Wawa cup with a rugged toilet bowl brush and a towel and no cleaning solutions. Couldn't use cash to pay for my room. The beds were hard the ceiling looked like it had mold and they tried covering it up. Waking up with headaches nosebleeds and hard to breath. Bugs in the room, floors were so dirty mopped it myself with their so-called mop and used my own soap to clean the floor. The sheets had stains. Water leaking from the air. The bathroom tiles had water in them. The staff was rude and could not get a manager to talk to us. Even after getting back home still couldn't get a manager to talk to us. Felt unsafe people hanging out in the parking lot. Put chairs in front of my door. Hallways were dirty and water leaking from just about every room from the air conditioner. Loud noise, had to keep getting a new key for my room because they would not work properly. The toilet will plug up and the sink. The iron stains my clothes. The fridge wasn't working as it should have. No one is attentive to the pool area. The so-called remolding doesn't mean anything. It feels like a broken-down motel

  : Locacation was great. Next to Busch Gardens. Fast food, gas station, liquor store all in walking distance. Rooms were decent. Friendly staff. Big pool.
  : When I checked in, they gave me a room in the back of the building. As I opened the door, roaches started fleeing to their hiding spots. I went back to the front and talked to the young lady, and she gave me an upgrade to the front,next to the pool. Rooms are decent. Look like they got remodeled but hired the cheapest guy they could get. Other than that it was good.
