  : location, scenery, very clean. loved the fire place, even though we didnt use it. maybe leave a note as to where wood can be purchased.
  : the mattress was horrible, desperately needs replacing. too many texts from the company, especially didnt like getting one at 8:30 am on Sunday morning! parking needs work. the cleaning fee needs to be added to initial price. was shocked to see $100 cleaning fee on my bill!

  : Black mold on shower curtain. Refrigerator was so loud you couldn't set in living room for any amount of time.

  : The two pillows that were provided were covered in blood and something pink. The bed was beyond horrific and the blanket have fluids and stains all over it.

  : Upon arrival we found hairs on both pillows and in the sheets. There was a huge stain on the bed spread of bodily fluids. I texted the rental agency about the situation and they said someone would bring new sheets, bead spread and pillow covers. No one ever came. My wife 2 young children and 2 week old baby had to sleep on the couch. I slept on the floor. The next morning I called the agency in a calm professional manor requesting the sheets and other needed items. I called my wife while i was at the ski slopes with my two children. she said that they had not came. I called the agency for the 3rd time requesting this time I was firm. finally they brought sheets that day well over 24 hours past my initial request compliant. Finally my wife called and said that they had brought the sheets but no bed spread.I have pictures that I texted the rental agency of the hairs and bodily fluids. I went by the rental agency upon leaving and no one was at the location. Martin McLeod

  : The location was peaceful
  : The couch and bed were lumpy, very uncomfortable. Something completely in the owners control. This is not a frat house, decor should make you feel comfortable. Sliding door only locks with a stick (needs to be fixed) with no AC a fan or 2 would be nice to move air. What's not completely in owners control; cleanliness... cobwebs/spiders in most corners, the bedding was disgusting (stains). The smell was very musky. Went to pull out couch bed... chips and bugs so they never change sheets in-between stays. Bathroom towels had long Black hairs. I was in contact with the corporate office the whole time and NOTHING was ever resolved. If you stay here bring a candle, change of sheets and bug spray.

  : The area was very nice and I felt the location was good.
  : The mattress was awful, had to purchase a blow up one, the couch needs replaced also. The front door lock was broke. Blind in bed room was broke and would not block lights. Just needs a few upgrades.
