Disappointing

  : All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. It was obviously family friendly as a child of a staff member was riding her tricycle in the lobby while we were checking in.
  : Extremely dated facility, dilapidated and very dirty. Many obvious long-time roof leaks. The hot tub water was very green. The pool deck hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, there were clumps of hair everywhere. The AC unit in our room was leaking and the carpet was soaked. The desk had cigarette burns and the leather on the chair was gross and cracked. The lamps were plugged into a power cord that was draped across the room and was a tripping hazard. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

  : The pool was large and hot tub looked clean. Nice large seating area around the pool. Easy access from interstate. Staff were very friendly. Our room had recently been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. AC worked great.
  : It is undergoing renovations which are greatly needed. Very old looking and not inviting. Was informed at check in that due to plumbing issues they were not able to provide breakfast.

  : Where my room was located it was quiet, no road noise. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was nice to soak a bit.
  : Parking and getting to my room was difficult. Had to make several trips from my car to get items to my room. No remote for TV, went to front office, was given a remote that didn’t work with TV. Refrigerator barely cold on coldest setting, water in bin at bottom of fridge. No container for ice in room, had to use a plastic glass. Table tops did not look clean. Hot breakfast advertised, did not exist. Looked like maybe they were remodeling? My reservation through booking.com (July 16 paid) when I checked in I was told my Amex credit card was declined? (July 19) I don’t think this was a good rate for the two nights. I don’t think I would return in the future.

  : I had to pay again because apparently my name and reservation couldn’t be found so you charged me and I had to pay them also I’m pissed I’ve tried to contact someone but I’ve received no help. I have told all my friends and family to avoid booking.com

  : The woman that checked us in was very friendly and nice.
  : The air conditioner didn't work, so a portable unit was put in. It was very loud and had a bucket of water in the room for condensation. It floor was dirty.
