: Location
: Breakfast buffet was inedible, bathroom showers are covered in moldy grout. We switched rooms three times and could not find a room that didn’t have visible mold in the bathrooms, stained filthy carpets and disgusting dirty furniture

: Location is great. We went to a camp at the college and it was easy to get back and forth . The room was spacious. Elevators were fast . Parking lot was close and easy.
: The room itself was not clean. There was debris on the floor. Most of the bathroom items that were supposed to be attached to the wall were broken and just sitting.. the shower tiles were dirty. The coffee station downstairs was totally lacking and not well stocked. No flavored creamer which is such a small ask. The restaurant is a long walk down a dimly lit hallway and the entire place has a stale unclean smell. Air fresheners, better cleaners and light music would go a long long way

: Had breakfast Saturday and then Sunday brunch. Foodwas very good, service was excellent and price was fair. Hotel was good location but very high price due to school events going on. Busy weekend.
: Pool was closed and no one knew why or when it would reopen. Then went on to also say that the hot tub hasn’t worked in over a year! Very disappointing. We had done a cross country drive to PA and would have very much enjoyed those amenities offered on website especially when paying over $250 a night! Also - bathroom lighting is horrible! My husband had trouble shaving and I found the mirror lighting totally useful. The hairdryer is fixed to the wall and the cord for blower is maybe a foot long. Cord is wound tight and I couldn’t reach top of my head (I’m 5’7”) but dryer is down low - very low sink and counter. Tub was slippery, no mat or treads. Only 3 towels for 2 adults - why not 4? Overall very mediocre room.
