  : The little cottage is cozy and adorable. The view is magnificent, and it was a great time of year to see the colors change! The hot tub was excellent. Check-in was easy, everything was clean and in good order. TV has an HDMI cord for laptop hookup, and there are some classic DVDs available.
  : The kitchen equipment is basic but manageable - however, the small pot does not work with the induction stove, which was frustrating (I thought the stove wasn't working at all for a moment). The bathroom situation is a bit awkward with no doors... The bed is a little firm for my taste. All very manageable inconveniences. I do wish there was a kettle for hot water!

  : Ee did make the best of our stay and enjoyed our time. The place was very clean and a perfect size for two. The area around had a beautiful small town and close by Eugene. Highly recommend putting together a picnic and going down to sit on the river. Ive rented with this company before and never had any major issues. They are very communicative.
  : My boyfriend & I rented this property for our 4 year anniversary and ended up being a little disappointed with the place. We arrived and realized that the hot tub didnt work. We reached out and followed the instructions given to attempt to restart the tub. No power. The whole stay no one was able to come out and fix it. That was the most disappointing part because I look to pay for a place specifically with a hot tub. The home owners are also able to see on to the back porch of the place. We always got the sense that we were being watched and at one point, I was correct. The homeowner appeared behind me when I was locking the door. Gave me a startle. Then the gate wouldnt open and the home owner had to let us out but before she did, she asked us if we stole a key in some lock box on the main property? Of course we did not. The doors onto the back porch do not lock so at night it got a little scary.

  : The weather and the view from the deck, though there was only one lounge chair that was usable.
  : Response to issues at the property were not acceptable - will never rent through Vacasa again.1)The hot tub was not working, but I wasn't told this until after we got there and reported it with photos-I wouldn't have rented it if I would have known it was broken. 2)There were 2 lounge deck chairs, 1 was broken, also reported with a photo. I talked with 4 reps about these issues. The response was "hot tub is broken", and 'there are 2 deck chairs". When I replied that this was NOT acceptable and the least they could do is offer me a refund - I asked for $100 out of $347. Vacasa rep replied that they would refund me the 'hot tub fee' of $35+change. Again I said this was NOT acceptable, where did they come up with that fee, and asked for a manager to contact me. No one has replied and the refund showed up on my credit card. Other issues they should know about are...3)No ventilation in the toilet area. 4)Flood lights in driveway were on all night with only skimpy drapes that let the light glare in sleeping areas.
