  : The bed was comfortable.
  : They have an incredibly difficult check in. I had booked online and as a special request added that my guest could check in before me because I was working and couldn't arrive til later than my guest. Have to say, they gave me the most difficult time letting my guest check in without me there. Typically I leave a special request or call a hotel ahead of time to put in said request. Have never had an issue once. They insisted I had to print out an authorization they emailed me to sign and send images of my ID and form of payment so my guest could get into the room that was already paid for and was already authorized to check into. After a long ordeal of trying to work and get this information back to them they let him check in, gave him a room key and then went to the room my guest was in, said it's the wrong room, and made my guest switch rooms. The rooms are okay, floors in bathroom and shower were absolutely filthy, there was, what looked like a blood stain on one of the bed pillows and just to top it off, the housekeeping staff banged on our door at 9:30 in the morning. Check out was at 11! In all horrible stay, would never recommend this hotel to anyone, I've had way better experiences at cheap motel 6's in the middle of nowhere than I did here.
