  : Hotel is in an excellent location. Very comfortable beds and very clean. House keeping does an amazing job.
  : I called day ahead to verify larger room then arrived and was not in a larger room. Attendant told me that higher floor might have bigger one but would have to wait til it was ready. My family waited for 2 hrs when new attendant came in to find out that there is no larger room. My grand daughter had just enough time to get ready for performance but was very stressful. Arrived at Pavillion for performance and realized I was not able to use my debit card. Earlier when I arrived at hotel I asked to pay w different card then I reserved with. I was told not to worry would not charge until checkout come to find out it had already charged my card. Spoke w attendant when I returned he said that charge was just a hold and would be released at check out once I payed w other card . It still has not returned. I was trying to simply provide my daughter and granddaughters a stress free comfy spot in between rehearsal and performance. These situations made it really hard not to stress.
