  : they had a nice shower and the bed wasn't bad did need an extra pillow, and had regular cable tv and they never did run out of ice
  : we stayed there for 5 nights and no room service at all we had to keep asking for towels toilet paper coffee etc, they said since I had a dog it would be everyday and that did not happen and when i ask housekeeping they said every 3rd day and that did not happen. there breakfast sucked they had oatmeal which tasted spoiled sometimes they had fruit and ran out fast and muffins I saw twice, they were a booked hotel but not accommodating to have enough food each morning, even went down on the last day when they started to server breakfast and nothing

  : When booking through booking.com I asked for a room to accommodate 3 adults. The first option I was given the queen room which I assumed had 2 beds because we had 3 people and every other hotel I had booked for this trip the first option was always exactly what I asked for. Turns out it was 1 queen bed for 3 people. When I asked for another room and the front desk staff even had a hard time finding anything that said I only booked a 1 bed room, they of course couldn't help me. I asked for a cot, nope none at this location. Asked for extra blankets to make a bed on the floor for our son, brought me 2 thin blankets. Breakfast was disgusting, we definitely didn't have high hopes for food but this was prepackaged goop. Oddly the pool was located in another hotel next door. We didn't use it because it was packed full of people from 2 hotels. Not recommended, will not stay again.

  : The price, and location to the hospital my daughter was in.
  : The room wasn't clean, mold along the tub, and staff seemed to never be around. Which was sad that's the hotel we have always stay the last several years when we're in spokane. And when we needed a hotel in a pinch we thought of going there. But has seemed to go downhill.

  : Staff, Not helpful and didn't guide us properly when. My car broke from parking lot.. Manager didn't pick up phone and hasn't provided cctv Camara.. eventually found out that properly doesn't have camera at all..
