  : Need more pool side seating. Pool “broke”unexpectedly. Every single pool in spearfish was “broken” that weekend.

  : The motel is in a great location and the indoor pool is very nice, the evening desk clerk was a awesome fellow very helpful and very fast
  : The morning desk clerk was very inattentive to the breakfast bar the biscuits they had out were so hard u cud have used them as hockey pucks, the bed was alright for me but the wife was not happy with it. The pillows r super fluffy but the squish down well if u like them.like that,

  : My sister and I booked a total of 3 rooms as we were traveling for a funeral with our 82 year old mother. As our mother is elderly and I myself cannot climb stairs or walk very far we asked to be placed on the ground floor if there was not any elevators and as close to each other as possible. We were placed on the second and third floors and nowhere near each other. The desk clerk was very rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She told us they don't do those type of requests especially when we had prebooked and paid thru a booking site and we could always go to a different motel. The phone in our rooms were not even connected and we connected it ourselves there was no phone service. If this is the type of service you get when using booking.com we will not be using your service in the future and we will definitely not be staying at this motel again. The gentleman who walked in off the street without a reservation received better service than we did and was given a room on the first floor. The desk clerk went out of her way to get him discounts on his room and the best deal possible according to her. Needless to say it made an already sad situation a miserable stay..
