WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for US$39 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must send a picture of their ID and matching credit card prior to their stay. A copy of the ID will be taken. Only booked guests may stay, no visitors are allowed.

Please note that this property has a strict no smoking policy. If you should get caught smoking in the room there will be a charge to the credit card used for the reservation. Contact the property directly for more details.

Please note: All photo shoots and filming are subject to advance approval by the owners. At least 7 days advance written notice is required prior to any personal or professional photo shoots. No closed door filming allowed. Additional fees apply. A liaison designated by the property will be assigned to monitor all photo shoots and filming.

Please note: Final time to check in is 19:00 hours. All guests must arrive by this time as no after hour service is provided.

Please note: Please note there is a firm 2 people maximum per room. The property cannot accommodate any more guests per room.

All children are welcome with an extra fee for children sharing the existing bed with their parents.
