  : The view was incredible as was the location. Steps from the beach, walking distrance to several great places, and even those that required driving were just a quick drive. The pools are beautiful (there are two on site and close to the condo) The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. The finishes were lovely and there were plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There were several appliances (grab coffee filters if you'll need them) and having a washer and dryer in the condo was great (until it didn't work... quick fix once we knew to empty the water bin; no laundry detergent is provided so make sure you pick some up). We really enjoyed the premises, and check- in and check-out were a breeze.
  : When we arrived we noticed two safety issues, one being that the door to the wash closet was off the track (which I fixed) and the other being a lower cabinet that fell off when it was opened (this was the location of the fire extinguisher and dish rack). There was also a dirty washcloth in one shower. I immediately messaged the person who had texted me regarding reaching out during our stay should we need anything. Our second full day there the dryer stopped working correctly. I texted the person who had texted me to let him know. I also messaged through the app. Someone replied thrift the app and maintenance came to fix it. They got it to dry one load and it stopped working again. I finally got a call back from someone after replying to the check out text that was sent on the final full day of our stay. He and a maintenance worker came and found that the dryer wasn't working because tray inside needed to be emptied (I'd never seen this before and there were no directions to indicate it would need to be emptied). They also fixed the cabinet.

  : Very close to the beach. The condo is roomy and very comfortable. Very nice view from the balcony and master bedroom.
  : Though it say that there is room for six it might be a little to crowded, four will be ideal. Not enough toilet paper for more than four people.

  : We liked the location & scenery view from the outside. Room was cleaned & had lots of towels available to us. Loved that our pets were welcomed to stay. The owner was friendly whenever I reached out and was quick to respond back.
  : Bad facility customer service & security guards harassing us constantly asking to show our wrist bands. Felt targeted & discriminated because we where the only ones being asked to show our bands. Other issues we encounter were malfunctioning of appliances ( dishwasher, dryer, microwave light, garbage disposal) & Dirty AC unit filter. When we contacted the office with this information they told us that we had to let the owner know about the issues. They don't take care of those problems for us.

  : Fire alarm needs service, wouldnt let us sleep due to beeping all day/night needs a battery the clothes dryer does not dry clothes needs service. Front door seems to have been damaged in the past along with several other noticeable spots inside the condo only one key provided for front door other guests at the pool made our stay unpleasant due to loud music and taking over the pool area. Didnt feel comfortable with my family. The advertisement suggests that we have access to a fitness center however, nope! fitness center only for guests staying in the tower

  : We like the fact that it was a beach front property. We also liked the spaciousness of the property.
  : The beds were somewhat stiff. The owner or management company should have a checklist for staff to verify the property is ready for guests to check-in. There were dead roaches in the upper bedroom and in the closet. The dishwasher had standing water and did not work. The "maintenance" worker came by to look at it, said he'd be back, and never returned. He just left the dish rack on the kitchen floor and a wet towel under the dishwasher.
