  : Room view and pool, proximity to beach
  : i had requested a crib or pack and play for the baby to sleep in and a high chair at booking, and i received an e-mail confirmation that this would be provided at no charge. when i got to hotel, they said they were unaware of the requests and that they did not provide these products. I showed the receptionist my e-mails and she made some phone calls and several hours later, we got the pack and play and high chair, Also, room amenities indicated the property had a safe, there was no safe in the room and when i called, they said they could not accommodate this request

  : The condo itself was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Just be sure to bring your own coffee as there is a coffee pot but none available even at the front desk.
  : While we understand the need for "traffic control" of unregistered guests. They weren't very accommodating. We tried to add a guest for our room that had 4 twin beds and 4 queen beds and we wanted to add a 9th guest and was told no, even willing to pay extra. Our 9th guest found a different hotel and then wasn't even allowed to come up to our room to visit during the day at all. There was literally no option to have a 9th person in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo when we had 5 kids and 3 adults and were just wanting to add one more adult. That was highly frustrating. Also, the plugs in the bathroom did not work at all like a breaker was tripped and even after complaining nothing was done. We also had to go on a towel hunt at 10pm because they left 3 towels for 8 registered people to bathe. Other than all of that the place is beautiful and comfortable and clean. Just a few minor frustrations that we didn't understand.

  : Beautiful condo, great staff and great view and location.
  : Everything was perfect the only thing that we can say the cleaning crew should take more time to clean the condo for the amount of money you pay. The mirrors were dirty the floors too some of the sheets were dirty, showers and fridge. Over all great experience.

  : The condo was awesome and the view was great and the pools and the entrance to beach was great to be used !!!
  : Where we stay the stove had a crack on one side and the trash was left from the previous as well as the dirt on the floor and crams on the of popcorn on the bed !!! On the last day the air conditioner broke down and the rooms got hot hardly nobody slept for the next day to checkout, the did try to fix and turn the fan on to cool the condo but it was 3hrs later it cool of a little to sleep, !! The maintenance did offer anther room but that if they couldn't fix it and would call me, but neither of those happened, one the maintenance never came back or nobody call to check on us, I did waited for 2hrs before I could fool asleep ! I believe thier should be a refund on some of money for bad custodian !
